From little acorns grow the mighty Oaken

Cattle Market Road underpass in Bristol is just over 100m long and consists of a pedestrian footpath, a cycle path and a separate roadway.

A full linear end to end white light LED solution was specified and TRT supplied the Verso luminaires tailoring the running current to ensure that the structure was not over lit whilst achieving good uniformity levels.

With over 5000 luminaires installed in this dual bore tunnel, our lighting system links the Central Business District of Hong Kong with Kowloon across the Victoria Harbour.

The first road tunnel on the UK motorway network to incorporate LED interior and Boost lighting has adopted the TRT Verso lighting system for maximum visual comfort, energy savings and reduced maintenance. A fully automatic lighting control system seamlessly operates the luminaires day and night.

A true test of the durability of the Aspect. Being installed on and around the jetty area of the harbour, this installation is in one of the more arduous environments. Precise optical control is providing illumination to the deck area whilst minimising spill light both vertically and horizontally.

Working with our parent company Thorlux Lighting, TRT Lighting designed and delivered bespoke lighting solutions to Stansted Airport providing highly uniform, crisp white light across the concourse and platform areas of the Station.

Lending itself perfectly to railway platform illumination, the Aspect range has been successfully installed on the external platform areas. Bespoke solutions were also designed in to the scheme by way of integral maintained emergency operation of the luminaires.

F48 Modula stainless steel LED handrails run either side of the bridge, avoiding light spill onto the river in this highly sensitive ecological area.

Each handrail, powered by a single 150W driver in a shared IP67 containment box, ensures the minimum of running costs for Dumfries and Galloway Council.

Spot modules with asymmetric 2700K light flow were installed. 2700K is the preferred colour temperature to take into account the requirements of habitats alongside a wildlife corridor as well as user comfort for cyclists/pedestrians using the walkway.

The bridge design, whilst featuring steel handrails with built-in bat friendly lighting, is in keeping with the surrounding area.

Freestanding LED balustrades are situated on one of Wembley Park Boulevard’s busiest public areas to enhance the visual imagery and pedestrian safety.

F48 high intensity LED modules were installed into polished stainless steel handrails.

IP66, IK10, EMC and photo biologically tested, these lights are designed for simple installation and maintenance.

Jellicoe Gardens, in the heart of King’s Cross, is brimming with gorgeous plant life and one of a number of public squares that form part of a collection of linked green spaces.

Intricate handrails with high-intensity circular LED Spot modules complement the gardens’ unique symmetry, enclosures, and visual focal points.

The LED handrail perfectly illuminates this busy cycle path in Central London. The key feature is the absence of light pollution and no spill onto the adjacent canal creating a unique and exciting atmosphere.

The handrail is satin polished marine grade stainless steel and was fitted with F48 Modula prior to installation and commissioning.
